Children’s Minnesota online bill payment refund policy
All transactions processed via Children’s Minnesota online bill pay are eligible for a refund. To request a cancellation of payment please call the Children’s Minnesota Financial Customer Service line at 952-992-5560. Please allow 10–14 business days for a refund.
