Welcome Centers

Our Welcome Centers act like a concierge for the hospital. They provide a welcoming environment for patients, families and visitors. And, they can also:

  • Answer questions
  • Give directions
  • Issue photo ID badges
  • Accept and deliver flowers and gifts to patients
  • Connect visitors and families with hospital resources and amenities

Location

Children’s Minnesota Hospital – Minneapolis has two Welcome Centers:

  • On first floor, near main entrance
  • On second floor, near the skyway
