Your child has been scheduled for a lab test.  When you come for the test, please bring your doctor’s orders with you, or ask your doctor to fax the order directly to the lab. This will help prevent delays or missed orders.

Registration – Your child must go to registration (also called admitting) before having lab testing done.

Report to the Main laboratory located in the basement of the hospital on both campuses.
