Diabetes Connect Support Group

Diabetes Connect is a network for children with diabetes and their families to connect with others on the same journey. Monthly meetings are held October through April at the Children’s Minnesota St. Paul Campus. Please register if you plan to attend our summer meet up. It will be held at Como Zoo on July 19 from 3 to 6 p.m.
