Clinic manager shares her seven-year career experience at Children’s Minnesota

Emma Wenzel, clinic manager at our Partners in Pediatrics Maple Grove clinic, has been working at Children’s Minnesota helping kids for seven years now. She is sharing all her favorite things about her career below. 

Tell us why you like your job and position. 

“I love working with staff who are passionate about treating a pediatric population. It inspires me every day to see compassionate, intelligent, and caring people working diligently to provide exceptional care to all we serve.” 

What do you like about working in this field/department?

“Although I am new to ambulatory care, I have already learned how fun it is to interact with a large variety of patients throughout the day. Whether the patient is due for their well-child checkup or is coming in seeking our ready-care services, no two kids are the same. Since I started at the Partners in Pediatrics Maple Grove clinic, we have seen well over 1,000 kids!” 

Why do you like working at Children’s Minnesota? 

“Children’s Minnesota provides expert care for our Minnesota (and surrounding state) pediatric population. There are so many specialties offered within Children’s Minnesota that provide services unparalleled in quality. I can truly say, I am honored to be a part of this organization.”
