Joe Kurland talks differences between flu shot and nasal spray

Joseph Kurland, vaccine specialist at Children’s Minnesota, explained the differences between the influenza nasal mist and the injectable vaccine in an interview with WCCO-TV. Kurland pointed out that while the nasal mist was less effective in past flu seasons, data is now showing that the new, improved generation of antibodies in the nasal mist is more effective.
