The Media Gallery component has been added to all Workflow Summary pages.
The process for logging into Cerner applications is changing. When you login to Cerner (either through the pink star on your desktop or a link to the webpage) you will be prompted to log in once for access to all Cerner applications rather than logging into each application separately. The login window has changed.
If you access the Cerner Learn environment from the Cerner pink star on your desktop, the location of the LEARN folder has moved. You can find the Learn icon located between the iAware and PowerChart icons.
The individual PICC Insertion/PICC Request order is being moved into a powerplan. This order, plus additional orders, will be included in the powerplan needed for this procedure.
The Workflow Summary component, Chronic Prob/Family/Social Hx/Procedures is being renamed to Histories.
Precautions order details and powerform documentation are being updated to include new options.
Procedure powerforms require documentation of Time Out.
The Dynamic Documentation sections in PowerChart Touch are being updated to support the use of multiselect auto-text.
The Psychosocial Assessment section in IView has been updated to include Estimated Hours of Sleep and Sleeping Behaviors.
The hearing screening section of the Neonatal Discharge Activities PowerForm has been updated to prioritize the ABR hearing screen.
Two new PowerPlans: GT/GJ Post Op and Maintenance (used for Pediatrics, CVICU, and PICU) and Neonatal GT/GJ Post Op and Maintenance have been created to streamline the process of post-operative care, feeding, and maintenance for patients with newly placed Gastrostomy or Jejunostomy tubes.
