The Immunization Hx section has been removed from the Table of Contents. Immunization information can be found in the Immunizations component in the Workflow/Clinical Summary. This component can be used to review immunization history, print immunizations as well as forecast what immunizations are currently due.

You can still access the Immunization Schedule section via the Table of Contents or by clicking on the Immunizations or Immunization Reconciliation component header in the Workflow/Clinical Summary.
