The Elopement Precaution order is being replaced with the Elopement Precautions Protocol Order.
The new Elopement Precautions Protocol Order includes:
- Guidance on when elopement precautions should be implemented.
- Elopement Precautions Order
Note: Nurses should always select the Implement STOP interventions order detail. This is the default and should not be changed.
- Option to order a Social Work Consult.
