When altering a dose selected in an order sentence, the Adjust Reason may be required depending on which field you are using to make changes to the medication dose. If entering the new dose from the Dose Adjustment field in the Dosage Calculator, a reason will be required.
Patient Plans can now be retired if a Patient Plan is no longer appropriate. Retire plans through the Clinical Highlights component of the Workflow Summary Page.
