We had an amazing experience with everyone we worked with. From the clinic scheduler, who put us on a cancellation list and called back quickly to schedule us an appointment sooner than our initial one. To the audiologist who is was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. To the provider who explained everything so well and left us feeling great about the care plan for our daughter. And finally the surgery scheduler who worked quickly to get us on the calendar. I have nothing but good things to say about our entire experience with this ENT clinic.

Great service! Very happy. Would rather wait a few minutes for our appointment than feel rushed during our appointment. Audiology appointment was great too. All were very informative and knowledgeable.

Dr. Alex was very professional, thorough and kind. He explained everything to us about our child's condition, including risks or side affects. He made sure to let us know what to do as follow up with our pediatrician and what to do if we had questions. We are very grateful for how quickly we were able to be scheduled for this appointment as well (within 3 days of referral).

We saw Alex and the audiologist. Both were excellent with my four year old, unrushed with me, and thorough in both listening and in answering questions.

When we went to the Minnetonka location for our daughter [...], who is 13 ... almost 13 months, and has chronic ear infections, we were very overwhelmed and frustrated because we felt that she needed tubes and her adenoids removed soon. When we arrived, we were very pleased with the help that we received from our ENT. He made us feel very listened to. He answered all our questions thoroughly, and he was just there to help, and he didn't seem like he was in a rush at all. He just was very nice, very helpful, and we really appreciated how thorough he was in regards to all the questions that we had about our daughter.
